Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks, with precision and flair
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver exceptional service in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible serving practices
- Manage cash transactions efficiently using basic math skills and POS systems
- Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure smooth operations during busy hours
- Collaborate with team members to create a lively, positive atmosphere that enhances guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible serving practices is highly desirable
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak times effectively
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with guests and team members alike
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and inventory management
- A friendly attitude with a passion for providing outstanding customer service
- Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol (where applicable)
