At FBC Manby Bowdler, we're excited to be growing our Commercial Property team in Shrewsbury and are looking for a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join us on the next stage of our journey.
If you're a UK-qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE and enjoy working on a broad mix of commercial property matters in a supportive, friendly environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll work alongside our experienced Partners and wider Commercial Property team, advising a diverse client base on a range of exciting and varied matters, including:
- Commercial acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant work
- Commercial leasing
- Development projects
- Property finance transactions
- General commercial property advice
This is a fantastic opportunity to take on high-quality work, build strong client relationships and play a key role within a team that genuinely enjoys working together.

What We're Looking For
You'll be:
- A UK-qualified Solicitor
- Experienced in Commercial Property with a minimum of 3 years' PQE
- Commercially aware with strong technical skills
- Enthusiastic about delivering excellent client service
- A team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues
- Keen to contribute to the continued growth and success of the team
