Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our hospitality establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team during service, ensuring high standards of food safety, and delivering exceptional service to our guests. Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a restaurant team during service times
- Assist and support the Restaurant Supervisor during busy periods
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally.
- Assist on functions and events as required
- Undertake Duty Management shifts, looking after the hotel in the absence of Senior Management
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant, hotel, or similar hospitality environment.
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or in serving roles is advantageous but not essential.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage staff effectively.
