We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Trainer Assessor within the Childcare and Education curriculum area.
The successful applicant will be required to work as part of a team delivering high quality training and assessment. Primary duties include training and assessment of students, supporting them to ensure timely completion of their qualifications.
You will also have the ability to work as part of a team, provide feedback in a way that motivates and help students overcome potential barriers to progression. We are looking for a positive, proactive, solutions focused individual to help us drive the provision to support our journey to outstanding.
We would welcome applications from those with significant experience assessing, particularly the T- Level Early Years pathway as well as the T-Level Assisting Teaching pathway. Relevant experience and knowledge of the Childcare and Education sector is essential along with a wide range of network contacts in your particular field.
The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:
Level 3 Qualification in Early Years
- Level 2 minimum qualification in maths and English (GCSE Grade C or above, GCSE Grade 4 or above or equivalent).
- Hold an Assessor’s award.
