I'm looking for a few amazing people to join my small support team. I don't really think of you as a "support worker" – you're more like my friend, teacher, life coach, helping me enjoy my life, achieve my goals and have lots of fun along the way.I love colour, laughter and making the most of every day. My home is bright, stylish and welcoming (people often say it feels more like a boutique Airbnb than a workplace!), so if you enjoy beautiful surroundings, cosy evenings and a positive atmosphere, you'll probably feel right at home.No two evenings are ever the same.You might be helping me cook dinner, baking something delicious, going shopping, dancing around the kitchen, heading out for an activity, planning my next adventure, or simply enjoying a relaxing evening at home with a film and a hot chocolate.Like everyone, I have good days and days when I need a little extra support. I'm autistic and have ADHD and a learning disability, so I'm looking for people who are kind, patient and understanding. You don't need to know everything already—we'll teach you what you need to know. What's most important is that you're calm, compassionate and enjoy building genuine friendships.I'm looking for someone who:
