We are seeking a talented Chef (seasonal with possibility of all year round) to join our culinary team at our award winning 5* Holiday Park restaurant.
The ideal candidate will have a dedication to team work, and drive to produce excellent food.
Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of food production, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised kitchen
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Chef in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and presentation- Excellent understanding of food safety standards and regulations- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment- Passion for creating delicious dishes and delivering exceptional dining experiences- Relevant qualifications in culinary arts or hospitality management would be advantageous
