Part-Time Parts Person – ATV & Garden Machinery
Location: Inverurie Garden & Machinery Centre
Hours: Part-Time (flexible hours available)
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic parts person to join our busy ATV and Garden Machinery business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with good organisational skills, a customer-focused attitude, and an interest in machinery, parts and workshop service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and supplying parts for ATVs, garden machinery, and related equipment.
- Assisting customers both in-store and over the phone.
- Processing parts orders and managing stock levels.
- Receiving deliveries and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Liaising with suppliers to source parts and ensure timely deliveries.
- Supporting the workshop team with parts requirements.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient parts department.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in parts sales, stores, or agricultural/garden machinery would be advantageous however, training will be offered to the right candidate.
- Good computer and administration skills.
- Excellent communication and friendly customer service skills.
- Ability to work accurately in a busy environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive, flexible, and team-oriented approach.
