We are now looking for a highly organised and proactive After Sales Administrator to support our growing operations team and help ensure customers receive a smooth and professional experience post-delivery.
The Role
This is a fast-paced administrative role focused on supporting the aftersales and vehicle administration process from delivery onwards. You will be responsible for coordinating customer requests, handling vehicle documentation, liaising with suppliers and ensuring outstanding issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, confident communicating with customers and suppliers, and capable of managing multiple ongoing tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Vehicle Administration & Documentation
- Process number plate retention requests and manage associated DVLA administration
- Coordinate private plate transfers and keeper changes
- Handle vehicle taxation processes and related administration
- Manage vehicle logbook (V5) issues and returns
- Ensure all vehicle records and customer files are updated accurately
Customer & Supplier Coordination
- Liaise with customers regarding aftersales queries and ongoing issues
- Chase suppliers for refunds, credits or corrections where required
- Coordinate communication relating to payment instructions and outstanding actions
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure issues are resolved promptly
- Provide clear updates to customers throughout the resolution process
Aftersales Issue Management
- Log and manage post-delivery vehicle issues
- Coordinate resolutions for damage reports, chipped windscreens and accessory-related concerns
- Assist with warranty-related administration where required
- Monitor ongoing cases to ensure they are progressed and closed efficiently
General Administration
- Maintain organised and accurate internal records
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Escalate urgent or unresolved issues where appropriate
- Support wider operational and administrative functions as the business grows
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-moving environment
- Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to take ownership of tasks
- Experience in automotive, vehicle leasing, fleet, logistics or administration is advantageous but not essential
- Comfortable using CRM systems, email and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace

Holidays
The Employee is entitled to 21 days of holiday per year, in addition to 8 bank holidays. The Company is closed over the Christmas period. You are also allowed your birthday as an extra day assuming it falls on a working day.
