Summary
We are seeking a Bathrooms and Kitchen Showroom Consultant to join our team in our Plymouth Showroom. This role is vital in helping customers design their dream bathrooms and kitchens while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Based at our showroom location, you will play a key part in bringing our company's vision to life.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting bathroom and kitchen products that meet their needs and preferences.
- Use kitchen and bathroom design software to create visual layouts for clients.
- Provide expert advice on product features, materials, and finishes.
- Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
- Maintain organized displays and ensure the showroom is inviting and well-presented.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in bathroom and kitchen design.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in showroom consultation or interior design related roles.
- Proficiency in CAD, and merchandising principles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to upsell effectively while maintaining customer focus.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Knowledge of home improvement industry standards is preferred.
