If you're caring, enthusiastic and enjoy helping children learn through play, this could be the perfect opportunity to begin your career in Early Years.
As a Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced practitioners who will support and guide you in every step of the way. You'll gain valuable hands-on experience while studying towards your Level 3 qualification, developing the skills and confidence needed for a successful career in childcare.
What you'll be doing

Supporting experienced staff to provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children.

Helping to plan and set up fun, engaging play and learning activities.

Building positive relationships with children and encouraging their learning and development through play.

Assisting with daily routines including snack times, mealtimes and tidy-up activities.

Supporting children with personal care where appropriate, including hand washing and toileting under supervision.

Observing children's progress and sharing any concerns with senior members of staff.

Helping to keep the nursery clean, safe and organised.

Learning about and following safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies.
