Scaffolding Contracts Manager

Key Requirement
We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Contracts Manager with a proven background in the scaffolding industry and an established network of contacts. The successful candidate will have existing relationships with contractors, developers, principal contractors and construction professionals that they can proactively engage to secure new contracts and generate immediate business opportunities.
This role is ideally suited to someone who has a demonstrable track record of winning new work, growing client accounts and contributing directly to the commercial success of a scaffolding business.

We are looking for an experienced and driven Scaffolding Contracts Manager to join our expanding scaffolding business. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in the construction and scaffolding industry who can confidently manage contracts, secure new business, and uphold the highest standards of health and safety.
Key Responsibilities
● Secure new scaffolding contracts by utilising your existing client network and developing new business opportunities.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, contractors and site management teams.
● Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts and oversee projects from tender through to completion.
● Plan and organise labour, materials and equipment to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
● Ensure all projects comply with current health and safety legislation, industry standards and company procedures.
● Carry out regular site visits, inspections and audits to maintain exceptional health and safety standards.
● Produce project reports, programmes and documentation using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
● Monitor project costs, profitability and performance.
● Resolve operational issues efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.
Requirements
● Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the scaffolding or construction industry.
● An established portfolio of industry contacts with the ability to secure new contracts.
● A successful track record of winning new business and developing long-term client relationships.
● Excellent knowledge of scaffolding operations and current health and safety legislation.
● Strong organisational and leadership skills.
● Highly competent in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
● Excellent communication, negotiation and commercial awareness.
● Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple projects.
● Full UK Driving Licence.
