Our Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a School Administrator to work in our fast-paced, busy office where you would be responsible from a range of duties ranging from communicating between school and families, to managing finances including paying invoices and managing budgets, to taking responsibility in managing bookings for our newly acquired Barwic Hub. Within this role you will work in our office under the supervision of Headteacher and School Business Manager where you will be expected to undertake a range of tasks from supporting to organise school trips and events, to managing financial aspects of school life and orders. As of 2025, we took ownership of the Barwic Hub which we want to promote as somewhere where community organisations and groups can meet to provide more opportunity and support to our community. The successful candidate will take lead in the administration of the bookings and oversee the general running of the Barwic Hub, as well as responsible for promoting the use of it.
You will have:
- Clerical or administrative experience, preferably within a school
- Experience of using Arbor, Marvellous Me and ParentPay
- Literacy and Numeracy Qualifications Level 2 or equivalent We can offer you:
