Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems and serve promptly
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes and safety guidelines
- Ensure food safety standards are maintained at all times, including proper handling and sanitation
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently with excellent time management skills
- Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns proactively, and create a positive experience
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with health regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality settings preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol serving procedures
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members
- Basic math skills for handling payments, tips, and tab calculations accurately
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a lively environment while maintaining professionalism
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
