Site Manager / Working Foreman
Nationwide | £315–£335 per day + Accommodation or an accommodation allowance provided
White Box Interiors is looking for experienced Site Managers and Working Foremen with a strong background in joinery and fit-out to oversee high-quality commercial fit-out projects across the UK.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day site operations from start to completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, programmes, quality, and health & safety.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
- Liaise with Contracts Managers, clients, and site teams.
- Maintain site records, inspections, and progress reporting.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years' site management experience.
- Strong commercial fit-out and joinery background.
- Excellent knowledge of CDM 2015 and construction health & safety.
- Confident leading teams and managing subcontractors.
Essential Qualifications
- SMSTS
- Supervisory CSCS Card
- First Aid (EFAW minimum)
- Asbestos Awareness
- Fire Warden/Marshal Training
