In this role, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to our Mortgage and Protection Advisers. You will be responsible for your own caseload from application to completion, consisting of a varied range of case types. You will proactively liaise with all stakeholders and relevant parties to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Key Duties:
- Processing of applications and accurate data entry into our own and third-party systems
- End-to-end case management
- Ensuring that all clients and stakeholders are updated at every opportunity
- Proactively progressing cases to aid the customer journey
- Administrative compliance
- Dealing with incoming phone calls and emails in a timely manner
Skills & Experience:
- Broad experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management and ability to manage own workload
- Ability to capture and document information and data accurately
- Strong communication skills both face-to-face and over the telephone
- Administration experience within the Financial Services industry
- Experience within the mortgage industry is desirable, but not essential
