Location: Norfolk – primarily between Fakenham and Holt, and Swaffham and Downham Market
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced Builder to join and lead our in-house estate maintenance team
We are a diverse country estate with farming, woodland and countryside management at its heart, alongside residential, commercial and traditional estate properties and a growing hospitality offering.
The role includes:
· Taking responsibility for building projects and estate maintenance, from planning through to completion
· Assessing and allocating jobs, and organising the materials and resources needed
· Hands-on building work, including brick, flint and chalk
· Groundworks, concreting and drainage, together with roofing and carpentry repairs
· Keeping our property management system up to date
We are looking for someone with broad practical building experience who is organised, communicates well and takes pride in doing a good job.
