Our nurseries are easily accessible by public transport, with bus stops nearby and approximately a seven to eight minute walk from Metropolitan Line stations.
Hours - This is a full time position of 40 hours per week, working between 7.30 am and 6.00 pm.

Your Responsibilities
Depending on your role and level of experience, you will:
- Work as part of a friendly and supportive team to ensure the nursery runs smoothly.
- Provide high quality care and meet the daily personal care and wellbeing needs of every child.
- Create a safe, stimulating and engaging learning environment that reflects the Montessori ethos.
- Observe, assess and plan for children's individual learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Ensure children are happy, settled and making excellent progress.
- Keep up to date with current Early Years legislation and ensure all documentation meets EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
- Follow the nursery's policies and procedures at all times.
- Support colleagues across the nursery and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Senior Nursery Practitioners and Deputy Room Leaders will also support the Room Leader with the day to day running of the room, mentor less experienced staff and help maintain high standards of care and education.
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification or Montessori Diploma is essential.
- Previous experience working with children under five in a nursery setting.
- A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A genuine passion for Early Years education.
- A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills and the ability to create a fun and inspiring learning environment.
- For Senior Nursery Practitioner and Deputy Room Leader positions, previous experience in a senior role or the ability to demonstrate leadership skills would be an advantage.

A clear Disclosure and Barring Service check and ongoing registration with the DBS Update Service are essential for these roles.
