Duties
- Lead and motivate the bar team to deliver outstanding hospitality and service excellence
- Manage bar operations, including opening, closing, and inventory control
- Ensure all food safety protocols are strictly followed in accordance with health regulations
- Serve drinks efficiently while maintaining a friendly and engaging attitude
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to enhance their experience
- Maintain accurate cash handling, basic math calculations, and register operations
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages during service hours
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality settings, particularly in bar or serving roles
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in beverage service
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly
- Ability to lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and enthusiasm
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Prior experience in a supervisory or senior role within a hospitality environment is preferred

Pay: £12.71-£16.17 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 45.0 per week
