As a CPE Processing Assistant, you will play a vital role in our Central Processing Unit (CPU) for Civil Parking Enforcement. Your main tasks will include processing Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs), permits, payments, and legal documents. You will ensure that all procedures are followed accurately and efficiently, contributing to a high-quality enforcement service.
In this busy role, you will:

Process PCNs, permits, and payments with precision.

Handle customer enquiries and manage correspondence.

Maintain accurate records and support income reconciliation.

Communicate regularly with customers, Civil Enforcement Officers, and partner authorities.

Provide general administrative support to the team.
To succeed in this role, you should have:

Education: English and Maths GCSE at grade C or equivalent.

Experience: Previous administrative experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT software packages, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
