Property Manager – Leeds - £25,000 - £30,000
This is a brand new position at CityRise to support the growth of the Lettings and Property Management department.
CityRise Lettings are experiencing a huge increase in managed properties and are preparing to take on two HMO portfolios, so we are specifically looking for an experienced Property Manager who has superb knowledge of HMO management and compliance.
You will be reporting directly into the Lettings Manager, and Head of Lettings who have a combined experience of over 30 years within the sector, so ideal mentors and people to help contribute to your career development.
This is an exciting and unique opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of the Lettings and Property Management arm to CityRise.
Package info
- Basic salary up to £30,000
- Commission package
- Monday – Thursday 09:00 – 17:30 and Friday 09:00 – 17:00 (core working hours)
- NO WEEKENDS
- 28 days holiday + 3 bonus days at Christmas Birthday off + additional holiday for each year of service

Role overview
In summary, you will be responsible for the day to day management of your own HMO portfolio.
This will include, but not limited to;
- Be the first point of contact for Landlords and Tenants regarding maintenance
- Organisation of scheduled and reactive works
- Regulatory compliance
- Processing of inventories, check ins, check outs and inspections
What you will have
- Previous experience working with HMO’s is essential
- Up to date knowledge on HMO compliance and legislation
- A pragmatic approach to problem solving and a solutions focused attitude
- Ability to network and nurture relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Pay: £25,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
