We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer (React / Node.js) who is eager to kickstart their engineering career and grow alongside our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Frontend Development: Develop, test, and maintain responsive user interfaces using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Backend Services: Build, scale, and integrate secure RESTful APIs and backend microservices using Node.js and Express.
- Database & Integrations: Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and integrate third-party APIs to support core features.
- Quality & Testing: Write unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability, application performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Agile Collaboration: Participate actively in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews within a collaborative Agile team.
What We Are Looking For:
- Technical Skills: Foundational hands-on experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, Express, and Git workflows.
- Portfolio / Projects: Demonstrable personal projects, commercial experience, or relevant internships showing full-stack web applications.
- Problem-Solving: Strong logical thinking, curiosity to understand how backend and frontend systems interact, and a proactive attitude.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Mindset: Pragmatic, eager to learn, and open to constructive feedback that helps you level up your engineering practices.
Pay: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
