Job Title- Technical Operations Administrator
We are seeking to recruit a Technical Operations Administrator to serve as a bridge between administrative functions and technical execution, overseeing logistics, data, and workflows to ensure the efficient operation of the business and team. Core Responsibilities
- Weekly time sheets and invoicing
- Updating the workflow management system
- Asset management tracking
- Compliance tracking to maintain the company accreditation requirements
- Log employee development and training needs
- Facilitate and record team meetings
- Logistics management
- Weekly written progress report to the managing director
Key Skills and Qualifications
Essential: Authorised to work in the United Kingdom, a willingness to learn, relevant experience in a similar role (3+ years), a higher education qualification, strong administrative and organisational abilities, excellent professional verbal and written communication skills, proficiency with software applications, attention to detail and data accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Desirable: Education specifically in the field of business administration, as well as experience in engineering and/or a technical environment. It is preferred that candidates be adaptable and flexible, capable of negotiating their role as it evolves.
