We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working and practical individual with a passion for customer service to join our team as Park Warden.
You will be mainly responsible for assisting Park Managers with the day-to-day smooth running of the park together with general maintenance and cleaning within the Holiday Park, reporting to Company Directors and Management.
Duties to include: -
- Reception and Shop duties
- Dealing with general customer and sales enquiries
- Enforce park rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors
- Assist with administrative tasks such as booking records, incident reports, and daily logs
- Ensuring that a high standard of cleanliness of facilities is achieved and maintained
- Gas bottle exchange
- Litter picking and bin rotation
- Unpacking and cleaning of sales vans
- Toilet & Shower block cleaning
- Regular inspections of Toilet & Shower blocks
- Evenings on call
- Late night park inspection
- Supervision of staff

This role is not suitable for
This is a practical and hands-on role, consistently delivering a high standard of customer service. This position is not suitable for candidates with dependents.
A full driving licence is essential.
Working week is five days out of seven to include evenings, weekends and some Bank Holidays during the high season. Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business. Evenings on call on rotation with Park Managers. Due to the nature of the business, holidays are not permitted during the season and are normally taken during the closed season or in the low season by prior agreement with Head Office.
Salary and a performance related bonus together with accommodation and utilities including WiFi are offered.
This position is to assist in the cover during a period of maternity leave. For the successful candidate, other opportunities may arise within the company.
Pay: £530.00 per week
