Our client is a growing outsourced sales and marketing company based in London, representing recognised brands through face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns.
They're looking for confident, motivated individuals to join their team as Field Sales & Customer Service Assistants. No previous sales experience is required, making this suitable for people looking to gain practical experience, develop new skills or make a change from their current industry.
Full training is provided from the start, with ongoing coaching and support focused on communication, customer engagement, sales and brand representation. The role involves representing clients through residential campaigns, getting out into the field, meeting new people and helping generate new customers through direct, face-to-face conversations.

What You'll Be Doing
- Start at the Hub: Attend morning meetings, training and campaign briefings at the London office.
- Head Into the Field: Travel to allocated residential areas across London.
- Meet Customers: Speak directly with members of the public and build rapport through face-to-face conversations.
- Represent Brands: Explain the relevant products, services or campaigns clearly and professionally.
- Customer Acquisition: Support interested customers through the sign-up process and complete relevant campaign administration.

Please Note: Successful candidates will join as subcontracted assistants and will be responsible for managing their own Tax and National Insurance contributions. Earnings are generated through uncapped commission and performance incentives.
Pay: £435.00-£625.00 per week
