CPS Service Supervisor
Anord Mardix, a Flex company, are a global group that manufactures switchgear and associated products for installation in mission-critical and live commercial buildings ranging from data centres to the international headquarters of some of the world’s largest companies.
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a CPS Service Supervisor located in Hemel Hempstead.
What a typical day looks like:

Supervise and support a team of Service Engineers, providing technical leadership, coaching, and day-to-day guidance.

Carry out live and isolated maintenance activities on LV Switchgear to ensure optimum performance and reliability.

Perform Thermal Imaging inspections, Secondary Injection Testing, and Circuit Breaker servicing activities.

Conduct site surveys, equipment modifications, and remedial works to support customer requirements.

Lead the delivery, installation, testing, interconnection, and commissioning of LV Switchgear systems.

Ensure all maintenance, repair, installation, and commissioning activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards.

Promote a strong health and safety culture, ensuring compliance with company procedures, industry regulations, and approved method statements.

Maintain accurate service records, technical reports, and documentation using company systems.

Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Travel to customer sites across the London area and occasionally throughout the UK and internationally to support project and service activities.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:

City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification (or equivalent) is required.

Proven experience working with LV Switchgear or similar Critical Power equipment is highly advantageous.

Experience carrying out Thermography/Thermal Imaging inspections.

Strong electrical fault-finding, maintenance, installation, and commissioning skills.

Previous experience leading, mentoring, or supervising field-based engineering teams.

Excellent understanding of health and safety requirements and safe systems of work within an electrical environment.

Ability to read and follow technical documentation, method statements, and service procedures.

Strong communication and customer-facing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Self-motivated, conscientious, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
-
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Full UK Driving Licence is required.

Level 1 Thermography qualification and a current ESC Card would be advantageous.
