About the Role
Are you looking for a stable, permanent role with a growing company? We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join our fast-paced operations team in Middlesbrough.
As a key member of our logistics team, you will assist with stock control, process incoming inventory, and prepare customer orders for dispatch. This is a hands-on role perfect for an organized individual who thrives in a team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Picking & Packing: Accurately select and pack customer orders to meet daily dispatch targets.
- Stock Control & Inventory: Safely organize stock using handheld scanners and assist with routine stock counts.
- Inbound Logistics: Unload deliveries and securely store goods in the correct warehouse locations.
- Health & Safety: Maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace and follow standard manual handling procedures.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Assistant, Order Picker, or within a production/factory environment is beneficial, but not essential as full training is provided.
- Good attention to detail to ensure high accuracy when picking orders.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Ability to comfortably manage physical tasks and manual handling requirements.
- A collaborative mindset with strong reliability and punctuality.
