Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Happy Tots Day Nursery in . In this vital role, you will support our kitchen operations, ensuring the delivery of nutritious meals and maintaining high food safety standards. Responsibilities
- Prepare and assist with meal and snack preparation in accordance with nutritional guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Ensure food safety standards are strictly followed.
- Support the kitchen team in serving meals to children and staff.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment.
- Collaborate with staff to accommodate special dietary needs when necessary.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation or kitchen work, ideally within childcare or similar settings.
