We're Hiring – Front of House Team Member - Part-Time
We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our busy pub team.
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent customer service, and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Welcoming and serving customers with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Taking food and drink orders and serving them efficiently.
- Preparing and serving beverages.
- Handling payments and operating the till.
- Keeping the bar and customer areas clean, tidy, and well-presented.
- Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure a great customer experience.
What we're looking for:
- Previous front of house or hospitality experience is preferred, but not essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and strong team-working abilities.
- The ability to stay calm and organised during busy service periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
