Duties
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop, propose, and implement optimisation strategies that streamline workflows and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand operational challenges, and facilitate change management.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented process improvements through data analysis and reporting.
- Prepare detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and best practices for organisational reference.
- Support training initiatives by providing guidance on new procedures and ensuring smooth transition during process changes.
- Utilise business analysis tools and techniques to evaluate performance metrics and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to process optimisation.
Skills
- Strong business analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Excellent analysis skills with attention to detail, enabling precise identification of inefficiencies within processes.
- Proven experience in process mapping, workflow design, or related fields is desirable.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels and facilitate change management.
- Organised approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in business analysis software and tools such as Visio, Excel, or specialised process mapping programmes is advantageous.
