Salary: £12,250 - £13,250 per year
Hours:
Thursday: 08:30-17:00
Friday: 08:30-17:00
Saturday : 10:00 - 14:00
Overtime may be available ad hoc
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Product Specialist at Redland Mobility, you will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance and support to our valued customers. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of our diverse product range, including mobility scooters, wheelchairs, and adaptive accessories.
- Engaging with customers in a courteous and professional manner to understand their unique mobility needs and requirements.
- Offering tailored product recommendations and solutions that best fit the customer's lifestyle and preferences.
- Conducting informative product demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and proper usage.
- Assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions, providing detailed information about pricing, warranties, and available support services.
- Collaborating closely with the sales team to achieve team targets while maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.
- Staying updated on industry trends, product advancements, and competitor offerings to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
