Duties:
- Wash dishes and assist with dish washing duties
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Empty trash and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area
- Stock and organize supplies in the kitchen
- Assist culinary staff with various tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment for at least 1 year
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
