As we continue to grow our day nursery in New Milton, we’re looking for passionate, caring individuals to join our team.
We are currently recruiting for several exciting roles, including Full Time Deputy Manager, Full time Room Leader and Full Time Qualified Educators for 35-40 hours per week. Pay rates are competitive and vary depending on the role and experience.

What We’re Looking For:
- · Qualified Educators, those holding a Level 3 qualification or above
- · Warm, enthusiastic team players with a positive attitude
- · Creative individuals who love inspiring young minds through play and learning
- · A strong understanding of the EYFS, or a genuine passion for early childhood development and a willingness to learn
What You’ll Be Doing:
- · Create a warm, safe, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive
- · Plan and deliver fun, play-based learning experiences tailored to each child’s needs and interests
- · Support children’s development across all areas of the EYFS framework
- · Build positive, trusting relationships with children and their families
- · Work closely with colleagues to bring creativity, enthusiasm, and fresh ideas into the nursery
- · Support children from 6months in building the confidence and skills they need for a smooth transition to school
- · In the Deputy Manager role, support the Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery and all aspects of nursery life
