We're an expanding company looking for a skilled labourer to join our current team. We are a young team of 8 and looking for somebody else to join our company. Our work is usually based around Extensions, loft conversions, garage conversions, kitchens and some general joinery. Outside of work we usually try to have a quarterly team days from go karting to other team bonding exercises. We also enjoy having a bit of light hearted fun on site where possible.
Must live in Edinburgh or the Lothian’s.
- Must be hard working and reliable with good time keeping.
- Be prepared to uphold a high standard of work at all times.
- Must work well as part of a team.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must have experience within the building trade.
- Ground works and drainage would be helpful.
Duties will include
- Collecting and moving materials.
- Sit set up and clean up.
- Assisting joiners and tradesmen.
- Strip out works.
- Ground works & drainage.
- Structural works
This position is for a 39 hour week with optional overtime and 28 days holidays per annum. A contributory pension will be offered.
Valid UK Drivers Licence is preferred but applicants without one may be considered.
Wages will be based on previous experience.
References would be preferred but not essential.
