Temporary Customer Service Advisor (Maternity Cover)
Join our small and friendly team as a Customer Service advisor , where you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office and site. You’ll be responsible for office management, customer bookings, responding to enquiries, ensuring the cleanliness of the site, and liaising with tenants to resolve any queries or issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office management and administrative duties
- Taking bookings from new customers and responding to enquiries
- Ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the site and office space
- Liaising with tenants to address any issues or concerns
- Authorised key holder with periodic emergency response duties
- Supervising daily site activities in the absence of the Branch Manager
- There will be instances of lone working
Ideal Candidate:
- Well-organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills, with a friendly and approachable manner
- Previous administrative or office experience is desirable but not essential
- Confident in using computers, you will be required to use Microsoft Outlook and learn how to use our bookings system.
- Full UK driving licence essential due to potential need for out-of-hours site attendance
Working Hours:
- Minimum of 16hrs hours per week, including Saturdays (8:00 – 14:00) on a rota basis. No Sunday or Bank Holiday working.
