Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Director in managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in various office software, and demonstrate the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently. Duties
- Managing the Director’s calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Handling correspondence via email, phone calls, and written communication with professionalism and courtesy
- Organising travel arrangements and preparing itineraries as required
- Performing data entry tasks using programmes such as, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Maintaining organised filing systems both digitally and physically
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation to support the Director’s activities
- Assisting with general administrative duties including photocopying, scanning, and office supply management
- Ensuring effective phone etiquette when liaising with clients, partners, and internal teams
- Managing incoming requests efficiently while prioritising urgent matters
Experience
- Previous administrative or clerical experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for specific software tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
- Demonstrated professionalism in communication, including phone etiquette and written correspondence
- Familiarity with office procedures and general office experience is desirable
