About the Job
No two days in our Fleet Resource and Support Team are the same! In this varied and fast-paced role, you will help ensure that all data and activities related to vehicles and their equipment is recorded and stored accurately.
You will also support the Team Leader in delivering a high quality, responsive administration service, contributing to the smooth running of operations across the organisation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Accurate and timely recording of data related to vehicles and equipment, including creation of maintenance events and the recording of costs.
- Vehicle compliance document storage and tasks related to the assessment of ‘whole life’ vehicle costs.
- Communication to/from key stakeholders regarding data required and produced such as compliance paperwork, daily safety checks, fuel statements.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong attention to detail to enable accurate data handling.
- Great organisational skills that will enable you to juggle various information points such as vehicles schedules, service records and fuel statements.
- Experience of data management including interpreting data to provide insights to positively affect future outcomes.
- Excellent grammar and spelling.
