Classic Vehicle Mechanical Technician – Rolls-Royce & Bentley Specialist

Our work spans more than a century of automotive engineering, from pre-war motor cars through to modern models, with every vehicle receiving the same meticulous attention to detail and commitment to originality.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Technician to join our highly skilled workshop team. Whilst experience across the Rolls-Royce and Bentley marque is highly desirable, we welcome applications from technicians with exceptional engineering skills gained on other prestigious or historic vehicles. In particular, we are keen to hear from candidates with pre-war engineering experience.
The Role
Working within a dedicated team of specialists, you will undertake mechanical servicing, fault diagnosis, repair, restoration and commissioning of some of the world's finest motor cars. Every project presents unique engineering challenges, requiring craftsmanship, precision and a passion for preserving automotive heritage.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has strong mechanical engineering experience, ideally with Rolls-Royce, Bentley or other high-end classic and heritage vehicles.
- Possesses excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills and enjoys finding engineering solutions to complex challenges.
- Takes pride in producing work of the highest quality, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Balances technical excellence with commercial awareness and an understanding of customer expectations.
- Is confident working independently while recognising when collaboration or additional expertise is required.
- Is organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Follows established workshop procedures while continually striving to improve standards.
- Works positively as part of a close-knit, highly skilled team.
- Has their own comprehensive hand tools (specialist equipment and marque-specific tooling will be provided).
