Overview
We’re looking for a highly organised Operations Assistant to support both our technical and administrative team in the fast‑paced, client‑led environment Peak Associates operates in. Deadlines can shift quickly, projects often run concurrently, and the role is all about keeping operations moving, ensuring the technical team stays on track, and supporting the wider business with day‑to‑day tasks.
This position is ideal for someone who is looking to develop in their operational career, and would suit someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys coordinating people and processes, and can confidently manage changing priorities.
Duties
- Monitor project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables, reporting any delays, risks or issues to the operations director to deal with
- Ensure technical staff are supported, reminded, and pushed to meet client‑driven timescales to help maintain smooth workflow across multiple active projects
- Maintain accurate data entry records using Microsoft Office, Xero, Click Up, Neetrix and Google Workspace applications.
- Maintain schedules, records, and operational documentation
- Oversee day‑to‑day office operations including filing, organising documents, stationary orders and general office upkeep
- Ensure the team maintain a tidy and organised workspace conducive to productivity
- Supporting the team with scheduling appointments, meetings, and calendar management for client based work

- Proven office experience or administrative background, previous operations experience is beneficial but not essential
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)

Pay: £24,000.00 per year
