Location: Sutton Weaver, Cheshire
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Salary: £26,000 per annum based on 25 hour week.
Holiday: 4 weeks annual leave plus office closes between Christmas and New Year. Paid Bank Holidays.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join our friendly and supportive team.
The Role
Working closely with our Financial Advisers, you will provide technical support and research, prepare suitability reports and recommendations, liaising with providers, and help to deliver outstanding client outcomes while ensuring FCA compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare suitability reports for pensions, investments, mortgages, protection and retirement planning.
- Conduct technical research and analyse client arrangements.
- Liaise with providers and third parties.
- Prepare illustrations and supporting documentation.
- Assist with pension transfers, investment switches, ISA transfers and ongoing reviews.
- Maintain accurate client records using Intelligent Office (IO).
- Ensure all work complies with FCA regulations and Consumer Duty.
- Support advisers with technical research and case preparation.
About You
Must Haves:
- At least 2 years' Paraplanning experience within an Financial Advice practice.
- Strong technical knowledge of pensions and investments.
- Excellent report writing and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Familiarity with Intelligent Office (IO), Quilter Platform and Microsoft Office would be highly advantageous.
- Ideally Level 4 Diploma Level Qualified or working towards.
