Role Overview
We are looking for an ambitious, commercially focused Senior Building Surveyor to join our Birmingham Building & Project Consultancy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor with strong project management experience and a passion for delivering high-quality client solutions.
The successful candidate will lead a diverse range of project and professional building surveying instructions across commercial, industrial, mixed-use, residential and investment properties. The role has a strong project focus, including refurbishment, fit-out, redevelopment and asset enhancement schemes, alongside professional services such as technical due diligence, dilapidations, contract administration, condition surveys and planned preventative maintenance programmes.
Working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams, you will manage projects from inception to completion, providing commercially sound advice and ensuring successful delivery against client objectives. You will also contribute to business development initiatives, strengthen key client relationships and support the continued growth of the Birmingham team. We provide reliable, proactive and value-enhancing advice covering technical due diligence, project management, development services, dilapidations, party wall matters, reinstatement cost assessments, contract administration and planned preventative maintenance programmes.
