Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
- Manage scheduling and appointments, ensuring efficient use of time for staff and clients
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, typing, and clerical tasks
- Utilise Microsoft Office for document preparation and communication
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
Skills
- Previous office experience is essential, with a background in administrative roles being highly advantageous
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry
- Demonstrated phone etiquette to provide a positive impression to callers
- Clerical experience is beneficial, particularly in managing correspondence and documentation
