PCV Bus Driver – Immediate Start
Monday to Saturday | 4-Day or 5-Day Contracts Available
We are currently recruiting professional PCV Bus Drivers for an immediate start with new routes and services starting in Sept & October.
Requirements:
- Full PCV Licence
- Valid CPC
- Current CRB/DBS check
(Lincolnshire DBS can be arranged through the company following a successful application and interview)

Routes - They are diverse, from Spalding - Skegness, Boston - Lincoln, Spalding - Wisbech... Horncastle, Alford, Spilsby, Mablethorpe and more.
Rural - it's green, it can be scenic, coastal or historic, also most of it's flat.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for ensuring your passengers enjoy a safe, pleasant and comfortable journey. This includes:
- Driving safely and professionally at all times
- Using our GreenRoad system to maintain high driving standards
- Delivering excellent customer service and passenger advice
- Ensuring passengers receive the best fare available and collecting fares
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Representing your team mates and the company
Training Provided:
Although you must already hold a full PCV licence and CPC, we provide additional training including:
- GreenRoad system training
- Vehicle, route and duty familiarisation
- Company/depot systems, procedures and policies
- Ticket machine training
- Ticket issuing and fare collection procedures
Working Hours:
- 4-day or 5-day contracts available
- 35 hours per week (contracted minimum)
- Standard working week: 4 days 40-45 hours. 5 Days 50-55 hours.
- Shifts between 06:00 – 20:30 (Monday to Saturday, 4 or 5 out of 6 days)
- No Sunday or Bank Holiday working
