Responsibilities:
- Service performance for both warehouse and last mile sub-contractors.
- Close monitoring on warehouse providers' operations on a daily basis.
Inbound: including unloading, inspection, stacking.
Inventory: stock management, VAS.
Outbound: order filling, outbound and handover.
- Support COE team on the last mile carriers' capacity management and investigating the root causes for any service failures and for potential solutions.
- Exception management during end-to-end fulfillment process.
- Co-define and implement process optimization opportunities driving operational excellence.
- Keep close monitoring on SOP review with suppliers, random check team member understanding about SOPs.
- Build up the strong relationship with local suppliers to drive their performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to improve continuous internal & external customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Currently live in the Auburn area, Australia, or are you willing to relocate without company assistance
- At least 3 years of warehouse operations and distribution management experience in the logistics industry, preferably with e-commerce fulfillment experience.
- Multinational company work and cross-cultural communication experience.
- Strong Microsoft office and organizational skills.
- Both oral and written skills in Mandarin/Cantonese and English.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Experience of working in/with an outsourced service provider.
- Strong KPI management and project management capabilities.

作为橙联在海外仓现场的代表,监控和审计第三方物流(3PL)的现场运营管理和绩效管控。进行仓库巡查和抽查,确保第三方物流(3PL)的操作符合标准作业程序(SOP)和服务水平协议(SLA)。协调仓配交接,通过数据驱动和跨团队协同保障仓配链路稳定运行,并持续优化运营效率与客户体验。
主要职责
*仓库日常运营与管理
监控和审计第三方物流(3PL)现场运营绩效,驱动服务水平提升,并对关键KPI结果负责(入库、出库、库存准确性及异常处理等)。
建立并维护仓库运营监控机制,及时识别异常(时效延误、差异、履约问题),推动问题分析与闭环改善。
负责与橙联自营尾程提货团队的协同,确保仓配交接的顺畅与高效。
负责本地潜在供应商寻源并建立资源池,参与支持供应商协同评审。
*内外部协同
与国内控制塔保持高频沟通,实时反馈3PL现场运营情况,识别风险并及时预警推动解决。
根据控制塔策略及业务要求,管理并指导3PL执行落地,确保运营标准一致性。
与3PL本地团队建立高效合作机制,定期进行绩效评审并推动改进计划落地。
协同跨职能团队(客服、销售、尾程运营等),持续优化客户体验与履约质量。
*系统与流程优化
基于数据分析及工单系统,搭建仓库KPI监控及异常追踪机制。
主动识别运营痛点,推动异常分析、根因定位(Root Cause Analysis)及持续优化。
参与关键项目推进,如供应商寻源、新仓上线、WMS系统部署等。
与数据、IT及相关团队合作,定义并落地流程优化方案,提升运营效率与标准化水平。
*团队协调与管理
具备团队管理与协调能力,带领团队理解关键业务信息,并转化为可执行动作,实现高质量落地。

任职要求
*教育背景:大学本科及以上学历。
*工作经验
至少3年物流行业的仓库运营与配送管理经验,有电商履约经验者优先。
拥有在外包服务供应商工作或与其合作的经验。
跨国公司工作及跨文化沟通经验。
*语言要求:英语流利(书面及口语);普通话为加分项。
*技术技能
具备较强的KPI管理与项目管理能力。
熟练使用Office办公软件。
