Here at GXO Banbury we are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join us at The Entertainer site. From receiving and storing products to picking, packing, and dispatching orders you will be involved in all aspects of our warehouse operations.
You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, on an ‘any 5 days from 7’ pattern, covering the hours of 07:00 to 15:00 (fixed AM shift) or 15:00 to 23:00 (fixed PM shift)

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Receive and unload incoming deliveries, checking stock for accuracy and damage before booking goods into the warehouse system
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders using RF scanners, ensuring accuracy and meeting productivity targets
- Replenish stock locations and safely store products throughout the warehouse to keep operations running smoothly
- Load outbound vehicles accurately and on time, ensuring stock is correctly secured and all transport paperwork is completed
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Experience working in a warehouse environment, with MHE operating experience and a current licence highly desirable
- A safety-conscious mindset, with a good understanding of manual handling procedures and safe working practices
- The ability to work accurately and efficiently using RF scanners and warehouse systems, whilst meeting productivity targets
- A reliable and positive approach, with strong communication skills, good timekeeping and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
