As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and safe running of our site. You will be responsible for operating mobile plant machinery to handle waste materials efficiently, while ensuring compliance with health and safety and environmental regulations.
You will be assisting members of public when not operating Plant Vehicles with the disposal of their waste within the HWRC and presenting a positive image and giving a friendly welcome to all users. Sorting and moving waste streams deposited by members of the public into the appropriate location and waste stream e.g. paints.
Salary: £14.87 per hour, weekly pay every Friday
Hours: 5 Days per week, Thursday - Monday, 0745am – 1715pm
Location: DIX PIT HWRC + Transfer Station
