Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Site Engineer PTS (Permanent Track System) to join our construction team. Duties
- Supervise daily site activities related to PTS installation, maintenance, and upgrades to ensure compliance with project plans and safety regulations
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Conduct thorough site inspections to monitor progress, quality standards, and adherence to technical specifications
- Analyze site data and reports to identify potential issues early and implement effective solutions promptly
- Maintain detailed records of site activities, safety incidents, and progress reports for project documentation
- Ensure all team members follow health and safety protocols rigorously to create a secure working environment
- Assist in planning work schedules, resource allocation, and logistics to optimize productivity on-site
Qualifications
- Proven experience in site engineering within infrastructure or transportation projects, particularly involving PTS systems or similar track infrastructure
- Strong analysis skills to evaluate technical data, troubleshoot issues, and improve site processes
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and safety guidelines accurately
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Relevant technical qualification or diploma in civil engineering or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to construction sites is essential
