London hybrid · Contract
Read this bit first: we do not want a health and safety professional. We want a producer.
Safety documents don't fail because the content is wrong. They fail because nobody reads them. We fix that — we turn procedures into things people watch, understand and actually do. Animation, interactive models, scripted scenarios, behavioural design. On some of the largest infrastructure programmes in the world.
You bring the production craft. We will teach you the safety.
The job
Own digital productions from brief to delivery. Scope the work, write or shape the script, brief the animators and modellers and developers, hold the schedule and the budget, present it to the client yourself. Learn the safety domain as you go, from people who have spent twenty-five years in it.
What you need
Production or project management in media, animation, film, agency, games or e-learning. You have shipped things to a deadline with a client on the phone. You can write. Script, storyboard, plain English procedure. You are in front of clients and comfortable there, without the ego. Curious about how the built world works. Cranes, tunnels, sites, the physical thing. AI fluent. You have already rebuilt how you work around it.
What you do not need
Health and safety qualifications. NEBOSH, IOSH, none of it. If you have them, fine. We would far rather take a producer who can learn safety than a safety adviser who cannot produce.
The setup
Small company, no layers. London-weighted hybrid with site visits.
Several similar roles open over the next few months.
