To help us continue setting the standard, we are looking for a Product Genius – someone who is passionate about BMW, obsessed with technology, and thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What Is a Product Genius?
The Product Genius is a vital member of our showroom team, acting as a BMW brand ambassador and technology expert. This role is focused on customer engagement and education – not direct sales. You’ll be helping customers explore our vehicles, understand the latest innovations, and make informed decisions, all in a relaxed and pressure-free environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the showroom and provide a premium, informative, and engaging experience.
- Present BMW products, features, and technologies with enthusiasm and confidence.
- Conduct walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drive experiences.
- Stay up to date with the latest BMW innovations, model updates, and digital services.
- Support the Sales and Aftersales teams by sharing product knowledge and assisting with vehicle handovers.
- Deliver vehicle handovers, ensuring customers are fully comfortable and excited about their new BMW.
- Use digital tools and configurators to help customers tailor vehicles to their needs.
- Promote BMW apps, connected services, and in-car technology.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is curious, confident, and genuinely passionate about cars and technology.
You will ideally have:
- A strong interest in the BMW brand and automotive innovation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A customer-first attitude with a warm and approachable personality.
- Confidence using digital tools (iPads, apps, configurators).
- A full UK Driving Licence.
- Previous customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, automotive, etc.) is advantageous but not essential – full training is provided.
