We are a taproom with 21 lines to showcase independent breweries, a specialty coffee spot, and a versatile event space all rolled into one, offering food 7 days a week.
We’re looking for an energetic, and enthusiastic Supervisor to help us grow the business whilst keeping high standards thoughout.
The Role
As a Supervisor, you’ll be the bridge between our management team and our amazing floor crew. You aren’t just "the boss" on shift; you’re the one setting the pace, pouring the perfect pint, and ensuring every guest leaves happier than they arrived.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shift Leadership: Leading by example on the floor, managing staff breaks, and ensuring tasks are completed during busy service.
- Quality Control: Maintaining high standards for our craft beer service, coffee quality, and food presentation.
- Customer Experience: Handling guest inquiries with grace and solving problems on the fly.
Who You Are
- A People Person: You genuinely enjoy chatting with locals and can handle a busy queue with a smile.
- Experienced: You have at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced bar, restaurant, or café.
- A Beer/Coffee Enthusiast: You don’t need to be a Cicerone, but a passion for craft beer and great coffee is a massive plus.
- Reliable & Proactive: You see a problem before it happens and jump in to help without being asked.
- Local-Minded: You understand the importance of community and want to help Northstowe Tap & Social grow.

Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
