Do you want a job that actually matters? Our client supports veterans who need it most — including those in contact with the justice system. They are looking for a Client Advisor to join their National Support Team in Birmingham.
Day to day you will be receiving referrals, making first contact with veterans, completing initial assessments, and keeping accurate case records. You will be a calm, organised presence for people who are often at a difficult point in their lives.
Rota being early, mid and late shift, you would initially be coming into the office for the mid shift (10am to 6pm), and this would be either 1 every three weeks or five weeks.
Monday to Friday, plus one Saturday in five, with some home working on non-office days.
You will need strong communication skills, a good eye for detail, and real empathy with the ex-forces community. A background in advice work, case management, or support services would be ideal. Salesforce training provided.
Enhanced DBS and Police Vetting (NPPV2) required. Clearance can be processed after appointment.
